Tivoli Partners Fund Secures Special Investment Fund (»SIS«) Status

Ljubljana, Slovenia – December 2025 — The Tivoli Partners Fund and its manager, Tivoli Partners, have secured the status of a Special Investment Fund, becoming one of the first venture capital funds in Slovenia to be formally licensed under this regulatory framework.

The licence marks a key milestone for Tivoli Partners and represents formal recognition that the fund’s investment processes, governance structure, and operating model meet regulatory standards and will operate under ongoing supervision. The status provides additional transparency and regulatory oversight for investors.

Special Investment Fund status enables Tivoli Partners to onboard both professional and private investors, and offers institutional investors a clear and regulated structure that facilitates participation.

Following the completion of the licensing process, Tivoli Partners plans to undertake its pre-close in early 2026, with the first close to follow shortly thereafter. The fund enters this phase with its operational framework in place and an active pipeline of investment opportunities.
