Tivoli Partners Completes Pre-Close and Rolls in High-Growth Companies

Ljubljana, Slovenia – February 2026 – In January 2026, Tivoli Partners rolled five existing high-potential investments into its portfolio. These investments were sourced through a related advisory company that has been actively involved in the startup ecosystem over the past several years and were transferred into the fund as part of its formation ahead of the first close.

The initial portfolio spans technology, food, and fintech, and includes companies with local and international operations, recurring business models, and clear pathways to further growth and follow-on financing.

The rolled-in investments include:

  • Bunny.net – A Slovenia-based, globally recognised content delivery network and edge infrastructure platform, serving customers worldwide and delivering sustained double-digit year-on-year growth, with preparations underway for a Series B financing round.
  • Positive Food – A US-based foodtech company co-founded by a Slovenian entrepreneur, modernising the distribution of fresh prepared meals and achieving strong year-on-year growth through expanding national retail partnerships.
  • Grashka – A fast-growing Slovenian producer of plant-based foods, with accelerating sales momentum and active expansion into additional European markets.
  • Finmap – A UK-based cash-flow management platform for SMEs, showing consistent growth in paying customers, expanding international adoption across multiple markets, and particularly strong traction in emerging economies.
  • Mono – A networking hardware company founded by Slovenian entrepreneurs, developing open-source, high-performance routers; the company has completed pre-production, secured strong early demand through pre-orders, and achieved a meaningful valuation uplift ahead of its next financing round.

With the pre-close completed, Tivoli Partners is now preparing for its first close and the commencement of capital commitments from both professional and private investors. The fund enters this next phase with an active pipeline of prospective investments and its operational and regulatory framework fully in place.
